Documents are personal loot. Nobody can reach yours first, and if you die the player who killed you does not get it.
There is a daily cap on how many you can pick up. Once you hit it they stop appearing for you.

Why this map is not complete
No published dataset has these spawns. The community loot data every Tarkov site is built on contains no items from this patch at all, so it cannot tell you where a Season 1 document appears.
Every pin here was placed by hand. Spawns are random, so a pin means "documents have been reported in this building", not "a document is here".
The starting pins come from a published location guide and mark the building a document was reported in, with the note saying where inside to look. They are not our own sightings.
