CriticalTarkov is a fan-made community site. It is not made, endorsed, sponsored or approved by Battlestate Games, and it is not an official source for anything about Escape from Tarkov.

Escape from Tarkov, its name, its artwork and everything in the game belong to Battlestate Games. Screenshots and item names appear here for the purpose of discussing the game. If Battlestate Games would like something removed, contact the owner below and it will be.

You need an account to post, comment or upvote, and a confirmed email address for most of that. Keep your password to yourself — anything done from your account is treated as done by you.

One person, one account. Accounts made to get around a suspension, to vote for your own posts, or to sign up in bulk will be removed.

Want your account gone? Ask the owner and it will be deleted, along with what you posted.

What you write stays yours. By posting it here you give CriticalTarkov permission to show it on the site, in both languages, and to keep showing it — that is all. Nothing is sold, licensed on to anyone else, or used to train anything.

Only post what is yours to post. Do not upload someone else’s screenshots, guides or artwork and present them as your own.

Members’ posts are read by an admin before they appear publicly. That is a check on spam and abuse, not a promise that anything posted here is correct — the prices, builds and tactics on this site are what players have worked out, and the game changes.

• Cheats, hacks, RMT, account trading, or anything else that would get somebody banned from the game.
• Harassment, threats, slurs, or going after somebody personally.
• Other people’s private information — real names, addresses, anything of the sort.
• Advertising, referral links, or repeated self-promotion.
• Sexual content, gore beyond what the game itself shows, or anything illegal.
• Deliberately wrong information — bad prices, fake spots, sabotage of the reference tables.

Admins can hide, edit or delete anything on the site, and can suspend an account. Posts turned down come back to their author with a reason, and can be fixed and resubmitted.

This is a volunteer-run community site. Moderation is done by people, in their own time, and it will not always be perfect or fast. If a decision looks wrong, say so — see below.

The site stores your username, your email address, your password as a hash it cannot reverse, whatever you choose to put on your profile, and what you post. That is all an account is.

Page visits are counted so the team can see which sections are used. Nothing here is sold, and there is no advertising or third-party tracking.

Signing in with Google shares only your email address and Google account id, and is used only to sign you in.

Cookies are used for signing in, for your language and theme choice, and to protect forms. There are no advertising cookies, which is why there is no cookie banner.

CriticalTarkov is free and is provided as it is. It may go down, lose data, change, or stop existing. Nothing here is professional advice of any kind, and it is not guaranteed to be accurate or up to date.

As far as the law allows, the owner is not liable for anything that follows from using the site. Keep your own copies of anything you would be upset to lose.

These terms can change. The date at the top says when they last did, and carrying on using the site means the new version is fine by you.
