Kappa container
What the Kappa container actually requires now that 1.1.0.0 has reworked the Collector task.
Before 1.1.0.0, Kappa meant clearing roughly 257 quests. It does not any more. The Collector task was reworked: most side quests were dropped in favour of trader loyalty and Fence reputation, and only the chains below still count. Guides that list hundreds of quests are describing the old game.

What Collector asks for

Reputation with Fence: 3
How to do it
Fence reputation is your Scav karma, and Collector wants it at 3. It rises when you extract as a Scav — car and co-op extracts give the most — and when you finish Fence's own tasks; it falls when you kill Scavs who were not hostile to you while playing one.

Character level: 42
How to do it
Collector itself unlocks at level 40, but Ragman only offers loyalty level 4 from level 42, so 42 is the number you actually need. Quests are the fastest experience in the game and the chains on this page cover a good part of the way; surviving raids, kills and looting make up the rest.
