Cultist Circle behaviour has never been published by Battlestate Games. Every entry below is a player theory built from testing item values, item counts and specific combinations. Read what each one says about itself, and help correct any that turn out to be wrong.
Outcome:
An offering worth 350,001 ₽ or more is widely reported to start a 14-hour ritual with a sharply better reward pool — keys, keycards, meds and high-tier gear rather than junk.
Ritual time: 14 hValue threshold: 350,001 ₽
This is the single most repeated Cultist Circle finding and the one with the most player data behind it. Below the threshold the reward pool is junk to mid-tier, and most players treat anything under it as wasted.

Outcome:
At 400,000 ₽ or more, the ritual is reported to add roughly a 1-in-4 chance of returning an item you currently need for an active task or an unfinished hideout module. That roll shortens the timer to 6 hours.
Ritual time: 6 hValue threshold: 400,000 ₽
A 6-hour timer is therefore the signal players watch for: it means the quest/hideout roll landed. A 14-hour timer means it did not.
